Fraud twice on my account.

I have been charged twice $39.95. My bill this month has an additional $7.95 charge. A total of at least $87.85 for a 'free disc'..... It appears now it has become a monthly charge? Rip Off. Big Time. Not ordered, and useless. Get a claim going against this fraudulent group of crooks. I have 2 grandson in colege. I am 74 years old and requested the FREE disc. How can we get our money back? We are on a very fixed income and my husband is deceased. Grandsons are our legal dependents.
